Let’s all take a moment and be honest with ourselves shall we?
We’re all kicking ass. Even if it doesn’t feel like it, and you have 1,001 projects looming over your head, that’s okay. You’re doing really fucking great! And if you still don’t believe me, keep reading over that until you believe it. I’ll wait right here.
I know it can take a minute to sink in. I needed to really sit with that idea for a while this weekend. I’m not a fan of trying to be constantly busy or anything like that. Then, once you have the self-awareness to know when things are starting to become too much, you can actually do something about it.
I have a few tried and true stress-relieving, confidence boosting tools I use the minute I notice myself starting to respond out of stress. By consistently using these tools, I’m able to manage everything I have going on and continue to grow without worrying about burning out.
